COLD STARTERS
70g Parmesan ham with honeydew melon, herb butter and baguette
100g Mozzarella cheese with tomatoes, sweet basil and baguette
HOT STARTERS
75g Salmon fillet with orange, poached in wine with spinach gnocchi
1 piece Puff pastry pockets, fried and stuffed with salmon and leaf spinach
SOUPS
Spinach and chicken soup with sour cream
Krkonose garlic and pork soup with egg and potatoes
FISH
150g Salmon steak on a bed of leaf spinach with cream and potato gnocchi
150g Salmon steak with roasted cherry tomatoes and potato purée
100g Grilled trout on butter with fresh herbs (depending on weight)
THE LEMUR RESTAURANT: SPECIALITIES
150g African Sun - Grilled chicken breast marinated in fresh herbs and a honey sauce with a skewer of lemon grass and fruit
150g Tribesman’s Pot - Grilled sliced chicken and pork with spiced sausage, beans, garlic, and red onion
Fondue - 1 kg of meat (three kinds), sauces, bread. A half-size meal is also available. Our fondue is made from the finest cuts of pork, fillet of beef and chicken. Chopped meat is placed on long skewers and cooked in beef stock in a pot. Besides bread, fondue can be served with different kinds of sauce, including a remoulade of mayonnaise and yoghurt.
PASTA
300g Tortellini in a sweet-basil sauce with broccoli and chopped chicken
300g Gnocchi in a cheese and sour cream sauce with leaf spinach
OTHER MEALS
200g Beef steak in a pepper sauce with cherry tomatoes
200g Beef steak with roasted wild mushrooms and green beans wrapped in bacon
150g Beef Tartare, 2 slices of toast, onion, spices, Worcester sauce, soya sauce
200g Stewed steak in fresh herbs and barbecue sauce
200g Steak from neck of pork in Argentinean spices with green beans, bacon and onion
200g Traditional Bohemian Skewer of neck of pork, spiced sausage, onion and red pepper, served in a spicy sauce with potato rostis
200g Marinated chicken breast, barbecue sauce
150g Bernese Chicken Breast stuffed with Niva (blue cheese), Hermelin (a soft, creamy cheese) and nuts, coated in a cheese dough and fried
150g Chicken ‘Fungi’ - chopped chicken with grilled mushrooms, crushed pepper and sour cream
TRADITIONAL CZECH MEALS
150g Beef fillet in a sour cream sauce with cranberry sauce
150g Beef goulash with onion
250g Pork platter - pork, smoked pork, sausage, bread and potato dumplings, white cabbage
150g Breaded cheese
150g Fresh roast vegetables roasted in olive oil, baked with cheese, with a herb dressing
150g Gratin of broccoli with sour cream, herbs and cheese
100g Fried Hermelin - A soft cheese filled with broccoli and fried
SELF-SERVICE SALAD BUFFET
We will readily prepare a salad even if the salad bar is closed.
DESSERT
1 piece Medovník - A delicious honey gateau made to a traditional Slavonic recipe - truly something to be savoured.
