Fondue - 1 kg of meat (three kinds), sauces, bread. A half-size meal is also available. Our fondue is made from the finest cuts of pork, fillet of beef and chicken. Chopped meat is placed on long skewers and cooked in beef stock in a pot. Besides bread, fondue can be served with different kinds of sauce, including a remoulade of mayonnaise and yoghurt. |
